Pricing
In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale at any point. We will contact you if such a situation arises.
Product Warranties
All goods for sale on nearlynewgolfclubs.co.uk are new and supplied with the manufacturer’s full warranty unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
Nearly New Golf Clubs offer a home delivery serviced free of charge on orders over £100 if ordered on-line (UK mainland only before 12pm).
Acknowledgement of Order
We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail, or by telephone where an e-mail address is not available or if there are any queries with the order. Customers must ensure that contact details are entered correctly, as order confirmation e-mails are sent automatically.
Order Acceptance
Your order is not accepted until a credit/debit card is processed. Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of an order is merely to report that a request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt. Nearly New Golf Clubs reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order. Extra or Free items are subject to availability, e.g. Headcovers.
Order Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel orders within 14 working days, beginning on the day after receipt of goods for a full cash refund, otherwise, customers will receive a gift certificate to the same value of the goods returned. Please note, in line with the consumer contracts regulations 2013, any order placed by the customer for equipment that is personalised or custom-built to their specification may not be cancelled once the order has been accepted. Please refer to our returns policy page for information regarding standard returns procedures and our extended Christmas returns policy. To cancel an order; please submit a ticket request under the customer support page.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please raise a ticket under our customer support page and we will attempt to remedy the situation. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five days and resolve them within a further seven days.
Your Statutory Rights Are Not Affected
Prices are correct at time of going live on our website we reserve the right to alter prices and terms and condition at any time. Errors and omissions excluded
Governing Law
The parties hereto submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in accordance with the Laws of England;
