Changed Your Mind? No Problem!
If your new club isn’t quite the game-changer you hoped for, here’s what you need to know:
✅ You have 30 days from the purchase date to return it.
✅ The return cost is on you, so we strongly recommend insuring the full value of your club before shipping.
✅ Clubs must be returned in the same condition as purchased. If it arrived brand new and wrapped, it needs to come back brand new and wrapped—no sneaky test swings!
Received a Faulty or Incorrect Item?
First off, we’re really sorry! While we do our best to ensure every club meets our high standards, but sometimes mistakes happen. If your item is faulty or not as described:
✅ You have 30 days from the purchase date to return it.
✅ We’ll cover the return shipping cost—no need to worry!
✅ The club must be sent back in full so our team can inspect it.
What Happens Next?
Once your return lands at Nearly New Golf Clubs HQ, we’ll inspect it and process your refund as quickly as possible, please allow 48 hours from the club arriving with us. If the club isn’t in the same condition as when we sent it, we may need to adjust the refund amount based on its condition.
